I’m Ike Skelton, Presiding Commissioner of Camden County and the conservative Republican running for Missouri State Senate.

During my time as Commissioner, I’ve never shied away from tough fights—and I’ve delivered real results. Camden County became the first in the state to push back against predatory data centers that threaten our local resources without paying their fair share. We also led the way in defending constitutional rights by passing the Second Amendment Preservation Act, enacting a tax freeze for seniors, and banning mass surveillance through flock cameras that collect data on law-abiding citizens.

Even in the face of political pressure, I’ve stood firm in my convictions, and I won’t waver when it matters most. I believe government should be limited, accountable, and focused on protecting the freedoms and opportunities that allow families and communities to thrive.

Now, I’m running for State Senate to defend individual liberty, protect constitutional rights, promote responsible spending, and ensure rural Missouri has a strong, consistent voice at the Capitol. My family and I are proud to call Camden County home, where we stay actively involved in our community and church.
